The project required 6 days to be completed (according to the contract). The contractor left on 1st month anniversary without completing all jobs to our mutual agreement. I lost all my vacation and sick days for current year plus some days without pay staying home and keeping the processes under control. Even with that, quality is poor. People worked without appropriate skills. While working they damaged sprinkler system and outside lights. Lights were replaced, however, one out four works. As far as sprinkler system concerned, the contractor promised to take care of it, but never did. Flat roof was installed wrong, against manufacturer’s specifications; needs to be reinstalled. The walls were painted without prime no matter how many times I asked about. As a result, the walls got dark stains and look ugly. List with deficiencies can go on and on…
