I had 3 different bids, and was most impressed with Universal Garage Door Services - they are the only one who showed up on time, gave a professional paper quote for me to keep, and underbid every other competitor by a long shot. They showed up when expected, and educated me with options and fair prices when my project wasn't as simple as I'd anticipated. I will definintely use Universal again.

They came out to my home quickly. However their final price was a lot higher than quoted over the phone. Plus there was a hidden service charge that he never quoted.

Wendy W. I am the owner of Universal Garage Door Services. I've reviewed your invoice and discussed your repair with the repair tech. I was surprised to find that he discounted you FAR beyond the 10% off that we offer all our Service Magic customers. He indicated that your g-door was over-due for service and required alot of TLC. Your door is much larger and heavier than the average door. We quote prices over the phone based on the average g-doors in Herriman. Repairs are very hard to diagnose over the phone. Lastly, yes we are a 24/7 on-call service company and we have a small trip charge. We do not hide that fact.

Terrific Service

My repair was a quick fix and he adjusted the roller track, and the cost for the repair was more than reasonable.

They were quick, thorough,& made some tweeks & adjustments beyond the repair they were paid for.

Universal came when they said they would, did a great job fixing the door. They offered maint. services but were not pushy

They were very responsive and hard-working--finished the installation on schedule, but they had to return one time to adjust the antenna so the garage door would open and close using the remote. Excellent follow-up and the problem was resolved.

I got an estimate very quickly, and my garage door opener was installed the next day. The techs were on time and did a great job. I am very pleased with both the quality of the service and the opener.
