I was very pleased with the professionalism, especially the care the technician took to keep snow and dirt from getting into the house. And, initially I was thrilled with how wonderful the sofa and love seat looked. Now, two weeks later, we are beginning to see some soil spots coming through, and no one has been using the room. So, that is a bit disappointing.

UCR was professional, on time, and helpful. They even coordinated the other contractors (electrician, roofer, asbestos) we needed to complete the restoration! As a busy, working Mom, I don't have time to sit around and wait for multiple contractors (let alone one). I would DEFINATELY recommend this company!

Rocco and Nick were great! Rocco called me right away and I got an appointment for the next day! Nick did the carpets and managed to get stains out that Stanley Steamer could not. Courteous and professional, very reasonably priced, Nick was exactly on time, and even put up with lots of kids and two dogs!!

I was very impressed by their response time and how helpful they were. I was nervous about the whole situation, but once they arrived I was no longer nervous. The job was done quickly and accurately. We kept their card and are planning to use them again very soon. No matter where you are in Connecticut if you need your rugs cleaned....Call the experts, family owned " Universal Cleaning". thanks so much Universal cleaning.....You're the best!!!
