they were 3 hours late. Their stuff was old and dirty. They wanted $50 more than estimated price. I agreed since i had to wait 3 hrs and hard to find last minute service during holidays. It was the poorest cleaning job ever. I had to point out all the spots they missed ( simple vacuuming and dusting). they gave me an attitude and put their boss on the phone. He said i had to pay $100 more than $180 that we agreed upon because they took more than 2 hrs. otherwise he will come over with a police! When i told him he is welcome to, they left without finishing the job. I had to get another crew but at least they cleaned my place with half of the $

The cleaning company has done the initial cleaning. They are to return every two weeks to continue. I was pleased with the first cleaning.

They were there when they said they would be, with great communication prior to their arrival. The place was cleaned really well, I will definitely use them again.

Super-fast call after initial contact. That is where the good service ended. Never showed up. Called and left message they couldn't find the house and to call his ASAP. I called back twice with no answer. I also left massages with no response. We live in Orange in a very easy to find neighborhood. I suspect he overbooks his workers to stay busy and we were left without any service for follow-up call to explain why. Never again with Universal Cleaning. Robert from Orange

They cleaned my house very quickly and fairly thoroughly, but I asked them to come back the following week and I never saw or heard from them again!
