	Rating: Project: Vinyl Siding - Install or Completely Replace The quality of the work itself was good.  However, it was a customer service nightmare.  There was no communication between the salesman and us and the workers.  Many times we… Read Complete Rating The quality of the work itself was good.  However, it was a customer service nightmare.  There was no communication between the salesman and us and the workers.  Many times we were told the workers would be out the next day, only to have them not show until several days later when we called to inquire.  The job was not completely finished for over two months.  The salesman was not knowledgeable and did not follow up with us even when he knew we were unhappy.  When I suggested that we get a discount due to the frustration, they offered a paltry $250, which we still haven't seen 6 weeks after completion of the job.
