mike zaretsky came out with the replacement part for my GE gas oven, within 24 hours of our initial phone contact. his price for the repair was $341. with tax. the last quote i got was for $500. he was very kind and courteous. he did the repair quickly and left my kitchen immaculate, even putting away the utensils that had been moved to facilitate the work. i would hire him again in a heartbeat.

He came to find out what the problem was and did the job in 20 minutes and charged me over $100 before we even discussed the costs. I paid it but felt it was excessive and did not appreciate the charge without a discussion.

They fixed the problem. However, the person who came over seemed reluctant to address some of the more difficult issues, maybe since they would take time to fix, and therefore weren't as lucrative.

They ordered part, notified me when it came in, made appt. man came and fixed it. Serviceman wrote different warranty for labor and parts than had been promised by owner I dealt with. (Mike)

A scheduling conflict caused the repair person to miss the first appointment. He profusely apologized and quickly made a new appointment and promised to offer a further discount. He then arrived right on time to the next appointment. Gave us an estimate on the dryer repairs and had it all done in less than an hour. He also applied the discount for the previous missed appointment. We were very pleased with the service.
