Ok so I had a problem with a flooded basement and was not sure if i needed french drains and a sump pit or just sump pit alone. Jeff was a straight up kind of guy and gave me good advice on just running the pit only. I did my own research and did not tell him of my research and he never tried to get me to spend more than i had to nor did he try to take advantage of my ignorance on drains. He was very helpful and i asked questions all day and he had no problems talking with me about my concerns. He satisfied my problem and cleaned up after his job. Definitely calling him back when i need to.
