Glenn, Alan and the crew were extremely professional. They were always on time, on schedule for completion, and best of all on budget. They were helpful in giving me a quotes for additional work that wasn't in the original job request and even sometimes taking care of extra minor details at no extra cost. All of their subcontractors were top notch also. I plan on hiring Untied Services for any future projects.

Project: Remodel or Renovate One or More Rooms
The two guys who did the work were great. Evidently the contractor underbid the job both financially and in terms of amount of time needed which caused some unneeded stress on both the workers and me. At the end, contractor asked me to foot the bill for his underbidding which I didn't think was fair. I ended up splitting the amount with him. Clean up good overall, though they did get ceiling texture on carpet which was not removed. Workers left without giving me keys to new door installed. Called contractor about it and he never responded. So I now have the expense of replacing the door knob and lock.

The company gave the best competitive price and the quality of what they delivered is superb. I was expecting company on the holidays and they did everything they could to complete the project so that it would be done by the time my company arrived. I would recommend this company for any building or rennovation project

They were on time. His guys were here on time every morning. The only day they did not work was Sunday. They did a Great job!
