Greg and Ian were resonsive to our needs, completed the job quickly and correctly. They were both helpful and friendly and committed to doing a quality job.

Two svc men came for one job (how many am I paying?). They replaced a valve on the icemaker they "thought was the problem". If I had thought this valve was the problem, I could have replaced it in five minutes myself. They warned that it might take up to a few days to start making ice. Gave it fm Fri to Thur with no progress. Called on Thursday-was told they were on a job in Nashville (We live in Bristol) and would be back by Friday. It is now 6:40 PM Fri with no show. I am into this for over $100.00 and a week's time, with no results. I did find out this evening I used the wrong bank acct which resulted in a bad check (my bad) but I do not believe this was the reason for the disservice as there is money there to cover the check now or I can have the cash in hand. The quick response from these svc people and their personalities were great, but as of this time, we are not happy campers. I know we owe from their previous svc call, but do not really expect another svc charge over what parts may be needed to fix the problem if they do come back.

Home owner was notified of the possibility that there could be a problem besides the water inlet valve , also off course if they new how to fix it he would have , it did only take 5 or ten min to change but we had 1.5 hours in the first trip 45 min in second trip to install, H/O forgot to tell it was a special order so we had 1 hour at the supplier to locate product, then we get a bad check which put H/O in our low priority , and we did allow them to write another check, and did not charge the return check charge, and charged them only $ to repair ice maker should have been $ we feel the H/O received great service.

They were very friendly

United Services was very accomodating. They did have to postpone the project, and then the project got postponed further due to an unforeseen part that needed to be ordered, but they knew that I needed it done within 24 hours of the part being ordered and they made sure to get it done in time.
