Tech did make a Sunday service call. Said my defroster coil and compressor overload relay were bad. The office in TN, I am in FL said they could not fix it until following Friday at earliest. I told them that would not work and cancelled order. It cost 75$ for Sunday service call and cancellation, which is acceptable. It turns out neither part was bad, my freezer/refrigerator was jammed too full and it did not allow air circ and kept my freezer door ajar enough to freeze my coils solid. Once I defrosted and tossed out enough to be a normal load, everything worked like new, after all the refrigerator was only 18 months old.

Do not hire this pro for appliance repair. Late to first appointment, came in to look at fridge and then went to truck for the next 25 minutes to "call in the repair to the manufacturer". Best price we had seen, so hired and paid 75% upfront for repair. For scheduled repair day: Did not show up when they said they would and acted as though we were an inconvenience when calling to find where the repair man was. Tried to reschedule us again (it was the third time they had requested to reschedule) Cancelled and waiting for refund.

I was impressed by the security clearance of my tech & technology used to come up with the solution to my fridge problem. His ability to immediately obtain the part.

It wasn't all finished in one day they still have to do some more work. But they work they did was fair enough for guest to come over to visit.

They were not clear on pricing. They did not call when they missed an appointment. The did not inform me how much the repair would cost before beginning. They are over priced in my opinion.

Although the appliance I called them about was cost prohibitive to repair , I would call them again. They came out quickly, checked out my appliance thoroughly and we're very polite.

I felt the service person was not familar with the Bosch dishwasher that I had and I was uncomfortable with his diagnois. He said replacing the control board might not fix it but if the machine needed replacing he would give me the amount of the repair towards a new machine and gave me quotes that were $400.00 more than 3 local places I called.

We are sorry Pat did not appreciated our efforts. She was very nice while we were there. We are not sure why she chose our national firm over her local contact, however she did ask us to provide her service. As we told her, we always quote our work prior to performing any work on anyone's appliance. Therefore she had the opportunity to decline service at that point. Again we are disappointed with her review and we would not rate her low even with her comments.
