So far we are extremely pleased with Mike and United Pools.  We had been using Caribbean Blue Pools for the past year with no problems.  But recently one day after they serviced our pool it was cloudy then turned green.  The owner insisted it was because we didn't have weekly service- but we didn't have any problems all year and then right after the tech serviced it - it was green.  Ken the owner at Caribbean Blue Pools became verbally abusive when my husband and I tried to explain our position - so we had to find someone right away to fix our green pool.  When we called Mike at United Pools and told him our problem- he walked us through what we could do on our own unitl he could get out to do a servcie call.  He was afraid we might have a filter problem, but we followed his instructions and when he was able to get out to see the pool he was able to see that it wasn't the filter.   <br />So far we are very happy.  Mike was very professional and responsive and gave us clear enough instructions we could take immediate action to help fix the problem.  Because of this we decided to go with the weekly service through the summer.
