These guys were great. They resurfaced our pool and it looks fantastic. They gave us a great price and offered plenty of follow-up service for very fair rates. Mike was easy to get in touch with, answered every question (and I had many!), and very patiently explained everything that needed to be done to keep our pool looking great. The crew that showed up to resurface was very efficient and did a thorough job. I'd recommend United Pools to anyone needing any type of service or improvement for their pool.

They came out at the scheduled time. Listened to our needs for service. Took their time while there and we didn't feel like we wasting their time by interviewing the company. When one of the pool techs came out to pick up ket, she also was friendly and interested in the job the company will be doing for us.

So far we are extremely pleased with Mike and United Pools. We had been using Caribbean Blue Pools for the past year with no problems. But recently one day after they serviced our pool it was cloudy then turned green. The owner insisted it was because we didn't have weekly service- but we didn't have any problems all year and then right after the tech serviced it - it was green. Ken the owner at Caribbean Blue Pools became verbally abusive when my husband and I tried to explain our position - so we had to find someone right away to fix our green pool. When we called Mike at United Pools and told him our problem- he walked us through what we could do on our own unitl he could get out to do a servcie call. He was afraid we might have a filter problem, but we followed his instructions and when he was able to get out to see the pool he was able to see that it wasn't the filter. So far we are very happy. Mike was very professional and responsive and gave us clear enough instructions we could take immediate action to help fix the problem. Because of this we decided to go with the weekly service through the summer.
