It is very unfortunate that one of our customers would state they are dissatisfied with our service. The reason for this negative comment is that our customer was not shown the old caps that were replaced, Though our technician was never asked to show them to him. If he had been asked to see them, he certainly would have been more than happy to do so. Our work was authorized and done properly and there is no cause for dissatisfaction. We did offer to send a manager to inspect work unfortunately this customer declined. We feel we have done everything within our power to satisfy this customer.

The guys were nice, quick, and were patient with me while I asked alot of questions.

They were very professional, thorough, and attentive. I was very pleased with their work.

They could not sweep the chimney from the roof as the cover was tarred on by the last chimney cleaning service we used and so they cleaned from inside the fireplace. The whole process took less than 10 minutes and did not displace much soot or anything else. It seemed too quick and easy. The staff were all friendly and pleasant. I am just not confident that my chimney got thoroughly cleaned.

We needed our chimney repaired. United Chimney gave the Cheapest quote, seemed to really know what they were talking about. Very professional, did the job in no time.

Outstanding work. Very Professional. Benny and Rodney went beyond the call of duty. They spent time explaining things, and didn't talk down to me. I would recommed United Chimey in a heart beat. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Prompt, courteous, well informed.

Very polite and friendly. The office called to let me know when they were on the way which was withing the first 30 mins of the time frame that I was given. The only negative comment I would have is that they left a little bit of a mess on the floor for me to clean up.
