We found United Better Homes to have a professional and friendly staff that we felt comfortable to do our work. In the scary world of choosing a contractor which we rarely do, we had talked with many contractors and felt confused. United Home Builders set our minds at ease. We were very pleased that the job was completed quickly to perfection and the inside and outside of our house was totally clean.

The product and service were excellent but they fail to itemize costs and I felt that the the project was pricy.

Unlike any other company, our start to finish prices are on our website for every window we sell. We also have price per foot for our gutter service as well as pricing for any add ons.

Project: New Windows - Multiple
windows look great from a distance but my casings which were all removed do not look as good. There are nail holes all over the place. One was actually broken and put back up and some do not meet the paint line. I was told one casing per window would be removed but instead all sides were. The first time the crew showed up they had the wrong windows. The second time they had the wrong windows again. Finally the third time was correct.

The order was made incorrectly by the manufacturer. We ordered the windows but they did not have grids. We did the install with the promise to swap the sashes. 14 days later we put in sashes with grids.We were praised by Robin for being honest as the windows had no visual difference. I said of course we are honest. She stated you would be surprised what some would do. As for customer service, we were there every step of the way and never hid from the mistakes. As for Value, we gave her 11 windows usually priced at 359, for 325 with grids, which would be 40 per sash, for free. Our price truly can't be beat. Service wise we are always there.

UBH provded a very high level of customer service. While working through the job (gutter replacement), we ran into scheduling difficulties. UBH utilizes a 3rd party for this service. While not pleased with the delays and unfulfilled promises of the 3rd party contractor, UBH never let up on trying to make it right for us. UBH was in touch frequently, with apologies and consideration for time lost on the job. In the end, our gutters were installed, with the job completed about 2 weeks later than expected. To make it right, UBH was willing to call in their in-house team (5 guys came out on Saturday) and finished the job with quality work
