We felt totally comfortable with him in our home. He did a beautiful job and cleaned up everything. The product seems to be very nice. So far we have found left outside, 2 gutter spikes one on the porch &one in the yard, 1 battery pack & 1 pry bar. The way the corners look are not pleasing to the eye. Also, I was told that yet someone else would come out to spray paint the corners to try &cover up the looks of the screws and bangs on the gutters & I have not heard from anyone. For the price that I am paying for the gutters I really do feel that instead of the aluminum being cut & pounded & screwed together that there should be a union. See All Ratings
