Thorough explanation of the condition of my roof and my options - including the fact that repairs could be done (vs. total replacement) to defer new roof costs for a couple of years. I opted for a new, lifetime composition roof. Mike Little took the time to lay the color samples on my roof so that I could be sure of my color choice, and went out of his way to find the color samples I was interested in - really appreciated that. Excellent crew did a meticulous job and clean-up. I would  recommend them highly on all fronts - job evaluation and explanation of options, timely scheduling, very competitive price, detail-oriented, excellent job.
