Unique Landscaping just completed a large project for us, and have another scheduled to begin this week at another property.   We are have been very satisfied with the care, communication, and WORK of this company.  Prior to choosing Unique Landscaping I met with four other companies.  I used this company based on first impression of the staff (knowledge, communication, arrival time); price for project; and license/bond information.  I will continue to use Unique for future projects.

They did acceptable work when they were here. They appeared to be very dis-organized. The Fore-person would send his guys and promise to come back shortly with materials. He would not be seen for days after. Mean-while his workers were here waiting for equipment or material. One of the final prossess was to spread sand over the grass with a spreader. Once again, the Fore-person man never brought the spreader as he had promised he would. So the workers just spread the sand by basically just pouring it out of the bag - In my view - Distributing unevenly. <br />     I also had a nice shovel disappear from the side of my house during this project. <br />
