Sam and his crew from Unique coatings and construction do a FANTASTIC job. Their craftman ship and attention to detail is refreshing and there are extremely dependal and hardworking. They do anything they can do ensure that the job is done well and that their clients are satisified. Two Thumbs up!

Unique coatings was professional and all their work was of high quality. I would recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their house. Unique coatings does it all, not just house painting, it allowed me to hire just one contractor to get all the work done I needed.

Sam and his crew did a superb job on a difficult paint job. My house has a great deal of wood trim which was in poor condition. They did the time-consuming prep. They were always on time, cleaned up and gave me very good value for the money., & very pleasent to deal with.

Sam and his crew were courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. They did an outstanding job replacing a shower, interior and exterior painting and repairing and replacing exterior wood trim. They bent over backwards to ensure we were satisfied. Best of all, they were extremely fast!
