Pro: Marc & Price. Con: expensive packing materials. The subcontractor didn't realize I had a capped deal and tried to get me to sign paperwork without my cap. 3 pieces (a bed, and two antique armoires) were too big to get up the stairs so I had them put it in the yard and then at the end of the day I asked them to move it about 20 ft from the yard to the porch so it wouldn't get ruined by the weather and they refused, saying they weren't making enough money.

I wasn't impressed with this company at all. They call packing just throwing everything from the drawer in a box and taping it up. I don't like how they solict for a tip after the work is complete. I would not recommend or use this company again. It was not a positive or pleasant experience at all.

Movers were bit late in the morning arriving. And none of them spoke clear English, so the communication was rather difficult. And the information and the questions I would ask to have done, I'm wasn't sure that they understood. Though their behavior and actions that they took was different than what I wanted, so rather than labor and packaging, the drive. Things got done, that I didn't really want done in a certain way. upon arrival, the bill was more than what I expected. Also, the attempt to get them to identify how much packing material I was going to be billed for, never was clarified.

I got a good feeling from Marc when we first made contact about my moving job. He explained everything fully and made me feel comfortable about the job. The movers he sent to help us were phenomenal. Khadis (Tony) and his crew were very professional, efficient, and made the move in record time. They even drove one of my cars to my new home, and that was a big help to me. I would definitely recommend Unified Moving Services, LLC.
