Unica worked with our updates and changes as we moved through our basement project. As with all projects, we had some setbacks, but Unica was quick and responsive to fix these issues. They adhered to the daily work hour schedule and kept to the original price quote, despite unforseen expenses. Highly recommend this company.

Do not adhere to requested work hours. Work was done too quickly with many mistakes. Had to come back 4 times to fix all the issues ranging from plumbing issues, to towel racks that fell off the wall, inproperly seated toilet, mirrors that were hung incorrectly ,to tile that cracked or moved. Kept sending back the contractor who made the mistakes and even admitted he didn't know how to fix them, even though they promised they'd send someone else. Job has to be supervised by home owner if you want it done correctly. On the positive, they do fix all their mistakes. They do not return all calls / emails, and do not always show up when promised.
