Ray was on the phone with me while I was still looking at his ratings! He was at my house and completed a tough job by that same early afternoon! Ray is AWESOME!!! I will use him AGAIN--he was GREAT!

As others have said here, Ray was incredible. I called the guy at 8am, he was at my house by 930am ( no one home, he went around back) took 1 look at my tub, and assessed the problem. He calls me at my office, tells me its the heater coil and fixes it. Tells me I may or may not need a new motor soon because "he heard a little noise but run it till it dies". His price was more than fair. Its amazing in this day and age to find guys like Ray who come and do the job, leave a bill at your front door hoping to get paid. not only that, he calls me at night to make sure I was satisfied. Its too bad more guys like Ray dont exist in our world.

Ray was great! My Master Spa hot tub had several leaks, a bad sensor, and a flow problem due to a clogged filter and each of the problems really needed to be diagnosed separately. Ray spent hours outside in the cold working on the diagnosis and repair. At one point he needed to reach Master Spa's technical support department but because it was the day before New Year's Eve he found they were not open that day. He simply would not let the hot tub beat him. After literally our hours working he got the tub working perfectly. When he had me the invoice I expected a hefty sum but he had only billed me for for one hour's labor + the service call.

Ultra wires service is absolutely outstanding. He went out of his way to figure out the problems I was having with my hot tub and served the issue in an absolutely timely fashion... Excellent service and would recommend ultra wire to everyone... If you want the job done right with out being over charged call ultra wire

Twice I have called Ray about trouble with a hot tub. Both times he gave me advice over the phone to fix the problem. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I would contact him for any issue with my hot tub/spa.
