The guys at Ultimate were quick to help with our hot water heater problem. They arrived quickly, were very thorough, knew what they were doing, offered some tips to prevent future problems and provided very professional service. I recommend them highly.

It is hard to find a local plumber in Poconos that is reliable and that services second home residents. This company responded to my request within seconds and arrived on time and completed a repair in a difficult location in an old house.

excellent service!! ..prompt,imediately located the problem(just a fuse in the furnace,we thought the board need to be replaced)...did NOT overcharge for the job done...also cleaned our a/c at a very reasonable cost....i thought the two men, tom & chris were just great!!! would use them again without any hesitation!!!

Since residing in my home for 6 years I hired numerous plumbers; there is not one that I would recommend to anyone. I am very pleased with the work that Tom did. He was courteous and didnot leave a mess for me to clean up - which quite a few did. I am extremely happy that I went on the ServiceMagic website. Finally I don't have to look through the yellow pages for a plumber!!!!!!

Project: Repair or Service a Central Air Conditioning System
Ultimate came out within hours for a non-emergency A/C issue. They found that an electrician I had in my house to do other work screwed up the electrical panel, fixed it within 15 minutes. They did not try to sell me a new A/C unit like everyone else I've had in, in the past. I will definitively be using them again. Very Friendly!
