Suggestion: A shoe cover that could slide on and off as he went in and out of the house to his truck to start the equipment would eliminate footprints on the hardwood floors. It was a lot for the money and the end resutls was better than I expected. I would have this company for further furniture and rug cleaning.

Bill, the owner was very nice. Did a great job, took time to explain things to me regarding the upkeep of my couch. When done He offered to do my up stairs rug for a very reasonable price. Both couch and rug look great. I am very happy with his service.

The cleaner ( Bill B. ) was on time, professional, friendly and had good advise to keep my carpeting in good shape. The cleaning exceeded my expectations ! I definately will use this company again.

Grout was promised to look brand new after cleaning but it still has some stained areas. There was a spot on the rug that was not cleaned and when I left a message to tell them about it I never got a call back.
