The windows are a quality product that function well and look nice. After the install, quite a bit of waste, including chunks of wood, insulation and nails, was left in the yard. The trim work around one window needs to be fixed because the wood isn't completely straight. I am still waiting for someone to come out and fix this, which I was told will happen. This appointment has not been scheduled yet.

Very pleased. They informed of all dates and arrived at the time scheduled. The windows are lovely and have made a great difference in the warmth and appearance of our home. Now I'm just waiting for some follow-up paperwork from the salesman.

The work they did was mostly okay. There were just a few minors problems with that that we could fix ourselves. The problem was the high pressure sales, they didn't get a permit to do the work, they never called when they said they would, they came out in a snowstorm to make sure they were paid, but they were slow about giving us tax forms. I agree with another review that the workers are good, but the management and sales need a lot of work. They cancelled appointments several times at the last minute and made promises they never kept. The sales guy said we had lead paint, but he didn't tell the workers, so they didn't follow protocol.

Price was very competitive. Communication was great. Service and installation went very well. No mess, they cleaned up after themselves. We had them price all windows, which we will do, but probably in 2-3 years. The prices will be what was already quoted.

They were timely and followed through with every deadline they set. The communication was great with the sales people and they were alway willing to accomodate my schedule. They showed up when they said they would for the installation and completed the job on time!!
