Neil and company were on time, accommodating, knowledgeable and very helpful in answering all questions as they worked. Neil was clear about what they would do and they did it. They finished on time and for the exact amount of estimate...couldn't ask for more.

Work performed looks GREAT! My only issue dealing with Ultimate Edge was their commitment to timing. They did not show up on the first date selected to come out and see the scope of the job. Then there was a 1/2 day depay to get the job started. There were delays due to weather, which cannot be avoided. In addition, there were other jobs that had to be attended to while doing the work at our home. What had been a 2 to 2-1/2 days work turned into over a week to complete. I would have given a VERY GOOD RATING rather than GOOD if they had been better prepared to meet the timing commitments.

The first date was a miscommunication on when the customer was returning from vacation and the second 1/2 day mentioned was for getting fill dirt delivered for their project.
