He did an awesome job. He is very professional and informative about my project. He didn't try to upsell me or add extra wiring that I may never need to keep the costs as reasonable as possible. He is very honest.

Ultimate started out strong in providing guidance on utilizing some existing equipment. The techs were pretty late for the first two appointments, but did show and did good work. Then when I elected to not purchase some additional equipment, they did not show up to complete the job. They even left the wires hanging out and my Litton box open. The work they did was good but I would be sure to get all the details in writing before using them again.

of the three men who came to make a bid. Rod had the most insight into what I wanted and made it easy for me to design a system to fit our churches need. Hes the Man!

Bottom line the owner of Ultimate Audio & Video did not back up his service nor did he care about my satisfaction. The service tech came out and fixed what he thought was the problem. In his own words "Call if this does not fix the problem we'll try something else at no charge". In a week the TV acted up two more times so I called Ultimate back. I Googled what the TV screen said when the problem arose. "HD repeater has been compromised". Plus something about an HDMI cable. He did not know what that meant and said "He was NOT going to waste an employees time and his money driving all over town if he doesn't know how to fix the problem." Then he tried to compare it to someone having a heart problem. He said if someone had heart palpations and it doesn't happen at the doctors office they would be sent home. WHAT A COMPARISON!! Since that's what he wants to compare TV service to...A doctor would do several tests before letting the patient know it maybe just indigestion and not his heart. After several words about his lack of customer service, we finally decided to try putting in new HDMI cables. He told me he would call me back in 20 mins after he got to the office...Its been 24 hours NO PHONE CALL. All I wanted was for him to try!

Showed up when they were supposed to and did not wast any time. They copmpleted the job very quickly and I only had to pay the minimum labor charge. Gave excellent recommendationsfor future projects at very reasonable prices.

Don't bother calling the cable company to have a cable dropped on a different wall in your house, call Ultimate Audio Video! Fast, professional, competent, reliable. Complete opposite experience from the cable company!
