Excellent work

Although Ultech installation of the glass closet doors initially had problem Juan fixed it in 10 days after few phone calls. He was rude and conflicting with building security.

Juan was very knowledgeable, prompt, and his workmanship was outstanding.

175.00$ for caulking a rotted wood frame rather expensive.

Juan will only do work if it's justified. Takes pride in what he does

Juan is a professional finishing carpenter and has good skill. He provide good customer service. He worked carefully around my brand new house and clean up nicely each time he finished the work. I will continuely hire him for my other project.

Juan was prompt and did the job but I believe we overpaid. I think a minimum service charge of $175 plus parts and service iis quite expensive but we needed to fix our windows quickly.

I did prompt and professional service. We agreed on the price before work was done and consumer was happy. do not understand why after I left the job and was paid and consumer satisfied that I receive the poorest rating for service. I do not agree with this rating. also I tried to contact to see why she rated me this way but no reply.
