Our project: Paint inside and out, Replace Sub flooring in bathroom Replace tile in bathroom and kitchen. Repair porch hand rail. <br /> <br />We had Fermin replace sub floor and  the tile in our bathroom, He did a great Job! We also had Fermin paint the inside and outside of our home, and remove linoleum in our kitchen and put down tile floors, We are very please with his work!  Fermin finished all the projects on time.
