Project: Install, Replace or Repair a Main Sewer Pipe
Jonas at UST communicated very promptly and clearly via email and phone. He helped me analyze the problem and minimize cost. Other companies said we needed a whole new sewer line ($4000), but he said we just needed a coupling replaced ($1800). He got to the job quickly and sent me photos of the work as it progressed. The plumbing work looked clean and professional.

He does not look like a plumber. He was great in his work and his appearance was great.
