He seemed pretty thorough but I could tell he was leading me to purchase his products and services and that he was trying to SELL me stuff.  When someone says " I could sell you thousands of dollars worth of windows but these solar screens I sell is all you need for a lot less money " I know immediately that he expects me to think I'm getting this great deal on solar screens and I'm not supposed to question if I need solar screens.  A lot of that kind of stuff happened and I'm still waiting on his quote so we will see how this turns out.  He did spend a lot of time but I don't know if that is part of the sells process or what.
