Project: Install, Replace or Repair a Main Sewer Pipe
They were super nice and took care of the insurance aspect of the job. Our only complaint would be that they did not just automatically come back to put the room back in order. Now my Dad (85 years old) could have insisted that he could do it without them, but I feel they should have insisted on coming back.

U.S Plumbing did a good job, very professional. Bill was fast to get back with me was here when he said they would be, left my yard in good condition, reasonable rates. Would defineately use again.

Project: Install, Replace or Repair a Main Sewer Pipe
Bill came to our house to unclog a drain that we had been having issues with for a while. He informed us that our clay pipes were cracked and separated by the tree in our front yard. He did not charge us for attempting to unclog the pipe ( which could not be done) and stated that he could have them replaced the next morning. He completed the job in about an hour and a half and gave us a good price ( the same price that he had originally quoted us). Overall I was very satisfied with his services.

DONT HIRE THESE GUYS! COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. CAME IN AND FIRST THING HE WANTED TO DO WAS SEE THE BASEMENT AND SAID I NEED A $3000 REPAIR. I SAID I WANT TO UNCLOG THE DRAIN IN KITCHEN SINK ONLY. HE WAS VERY ARROGANT AND DID THAT WORK WITH ARROGANCE AND FRUSTRATION. THEN I ASKED HIM TO FIX THE LEAK IN TOILET AND HE SAID I SHOULD PUT SOME VASELINE IN THE BOTTOM TO FIX IT. VERY VERY FRUSTRATED. JUST WANTED TO GET HIM OUT OF THE HOME.

Bill was blindingly fast to call me and schedule an appointment for the next day. They showed up on time and the cost was what was estimated over the phone. I think this is very unusual for a plumbing repair - providing an approximate cost and coming in at that number when they haven't seen the extent of the repair or work. This was a very pleasant experience!!

Project: Clean Out a Sewer
They did more than just the main for the one price. I much appreciated that, and they came back to fix an above ground leak later at no charge. My only disappointment was that I had such a high deductible and that the insurance didn't pay for parts. Which U.S Plumbing could not control, they just didn't communicate that clearly to me when I was signing the contract. Over all, I am very satisfied to have a MUCH drier basement. AND a check to pay for most of the repair.

I decided to hire this company to clean out my elderly mothers drain-because they were professional on the phone-prompt -offered a 30 day warranty--the drain clogged back up about a week after and they refused to clean-

Stay away from this guy he is bad news. He is ready to take your money but not complete everything he tells you about over the phone. Get everything in writing and beware of not getting an accurate assessment. Beware, beware, beware!!!

Tony and Butch were great. They were at my home within 30 minutes of me putting my problem on ServiceMagic. They were polite, and professional and best of all, they solved the problem in no time at all. I would not only recommend them, but plan on using them again to install my garbage disposal when I buy it.
