The guys that came and did the work were really nice. It's a very messy job and they did their best to try and alleviate a bit of that. The sales guy was a little annoying, especially when coming to the rebate that was going on, he probably knew if he read the application on SDGE that we didn't qualify but added that as a selling point but "he can't guarantee anything with the rebate." Overall it was affordable without the rebate.

USI performed well through the entire process. Starting from the very beginning, USI got in touch with me immediately and we set up a date to review the work at my home. The Supervisor came out, explained the work, knew what he was talking about and agreed to all of my needs. The work was scheduled, they did the work as planned, and the supervisor was here the entire time. There was no mess or damage done and I received all the paperwork required to get the rebate from SDGE. If only other companies could perform at this level for a decent price. Too bad the rating system only goes to five, because I would like to give them a 10. John O

Terry at USI called me right away and scheduled an estimate. Price was very reasonable, they removed all old insulation and installed cellulose. I went with USI because they do it all. One of the other companies listed don't remove the old insulation, and the other one i called said he'd call me back next week to schedule an estimate and never even called. USI was great in every aspect of this project. THANKS
