The team at USClean had excellent communication with me and worked around my schedule to make this repair happen. I was 100% happy and believe they went the extra mile for my business. I will us them again any time I need them.

I initiatlly was having a good experience with US Clean - but after an incident where my wool rug was damaged, things quickly went bad. First, I want to be clear that they did engage their insurance company immediately and saught to resolve the issue. However, after 4-5 weeks of no resulution I became frustrated. Instead of dealing with me, Ashley had her husband call me and to be honest, he spent most of our conversation trying to place blame elsewhere. In the end, I worked with their insurance and the rug issue was resolved; however I can not say I had a good experience with US Clean.

It's unfortunate that our insurance company was slow in the process of resolving this customers claim. We were consistent with the follow up on this situation. Our first cleaning for the customer was a bad experience for our company, the maids immediately called and requested to discontinue service as they felt intimidated by him. This prompted usclean to respectfully discontinue service. Usclean has never had a claim and we hold that status proudly. We take pride in our work and guarantee satisfaction, we hope this customer will find a company that better fits him. Thank you for your feedback.

Better price than competitors

Nice people, fast service. Had my couch cleaned. He was only at my house for approx 20 minutes, I wasn't sure it was done as good as it could have been. It looked cleaner, but when it dried it looked like it could have been better, and there was a odor for several days afterwards that was strong.
