They were very professional. Had the part with them the first time. They were willing to work with myself and the renter. Because I live in a different state than this property, it is important for the contractor to call me with updates. US Appliance was excellent with keeping me involved.

Sam was quick to respond to my phone call and kept me updated since this is a rental unit of mine. He installed the heating element in the oven that evening and was a true professional. What a fantastic employee you have!!! I would definately use you company again and again!!!!

My tech was great! He was knowledgable, very informative. He showed me things as he determined the problem and let me see he was using the appropriate items the remedy the problems. It was more expensive than I would have liked, but less expensive than replacing the whole refrigerator / freezer! I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

This has been the best experience I have had in a very long time when hiring a contractor to fix an appliance at home. My problem was taken care of and fixed the same day. Awesome job!

The man was very nice and efficient -- no complaints at all. The only thing that bothered me was that he said if I contact them directly next time instead of going through service magic it would be about $15 less or so since they have to pay Service Magic a fee for the contact. I really felt that they shouldn't pass that charge on to me -- it is a benefit for them if they get business from service magic and I shouldn't absorb that charge.

we think custmer misunderstud us becuse custmer ask us hows this servicemagic web site work and we told them servicemagic dont charge custmer but they do charge contractors,each lead, so
