He said he could insulate the dormer but when he got here they said it was too high, so he couldn't insulated the dormers. He also left a mess on my back porch when he left, mud every where. He never cleaned up outside around the building. It was messy all over the place.

I am truly sorry that your experience with us was not exemplary. I appreciate your comments but unfortunately as we discussed at our initial meeting (and I checked my notes to confirm), if the dormers are not accessible from the attic and too high to safely reach from the outside, we would not be able to insulate those areas. We did not charge you for that space as you know. Unfortunately, installing during the winter thaw, sometimes means a messy install. Our crew chief did walk around the house with you to address any concerns and none were brought up. Had you addressed the clean up issue we most certainly would have done our best.

Good experience with USA Insulation. Prompt quote. Scheduled when convenient for us. We were very unsure about cellulose vs fiberglass. Check out the web site for convincing information that can also be verified elsewhere. Conditions differed from expected yet final cost was close to the quote and fair.

Very good service and explained all of teh options. Cleasned up after they were done and made the process very easy and painless. Would highly recommend and in fact we did, to our neighbors of whcih one bought and completed two days later.

Project was completed on time with no problems. The work was completed quickly and the workers cleaned up behind themselves before leaving. Mike Preston, a partner in the company, was very professional and helped us with the necessary paperwork to take advantage of a temporary rebate from our local utility company and a tax credit from IRS.
