Project: Repair a Deck or Porch
Mike from USA homes was the only contractor willing to come to a home we were in the process of purchasing to give us an estimate. After the home inspection (some issues came up), we could not find any contractors to do the estimates needed because they felt they were being used as a negotiating tactic, and they were seldom called back to do the actual work. Mike not only did the estimate, free of charge, he was there the next day, was very thorough and did a great job. I called 7 contractors to get an estimate and the only other one willing to come wanted 100.00. I look forward to hiring Mike and USA homes to do the work. Noe

Project: Repair Carpentry Framing
I have hired Mike to do 5 or 6 different projects he has completed one large job in a short period of time. He has done a great job. I would recommend everyone hire Mike. From the start when he contacted me about the job. The quote was great, his work is top notch and a very nice person to have working in my home. I will update again at the end of Mikes projects.

Our experience with Mike was good.We would recommend him and hope to have him back. The only problem was the screen door had a little gap and the lock on the door had to be replaced. Mike took his time with us did not rush throughlike a lot of contractors tend to do.

Mike DiChello of USA Homes was terrific! He showed up promptly to provide us with an estimate, and he scheduled the work quickly when we chose him for the job. His work was skilled, he progressed quickly and the workplace was neat and orderly at the end of each day. I would highly recommend Mike for your skilled carpentry needs.
