Northwest Exteriors have not started the job as yet. So far they have been great. They have now completed the job of installing a patio cover. The work crew was great and the patio cover is wonderful. Good job guys!

I found the lack of communication and ineffective communication, delay in job because of the lack of material ordered, siding "j" channels and corner posts that reached the cement, cracked and open cement exposure of downspouts that could cause foundation and corrosion problems, hidden customer referral compensation where the representative that measured my home (another employee of the company did another measurement) claimed the installer was to inform me and the owner said no one was to be informed about a customer referral check.

My window replacement has been completed and I am delighted with the results. Mike Madhaw, our salesman, did an excellent job of demonstrating the windows and giving us all kinds of information about them. The installers were exceptionally skilled, courteous and efficient. We were so pleased with the windows that we also has Northwest install a patio cover for us. The same excellent service and skilled craftmanship were evident in this project also. I highly recommend Northwest Exteriors.
