Project: Repair a Flat, Foam or Single Ply Roof
According to the contract, USA Construction Services was to apply the first elastomer roof coating then apply the second coating 12 hours later. I arrived at the job site on the morning that the second coating was to be applied; I saw no sign of the contractors. The neighbors had not seen the contractors either. The contractor has been requested to show proof that the second coating has been applied.

They did a great job. I really like how Marisa took care of me and building. They set me up with a payment plan that worked and was the best price for us. I would HIGHLY recommend them to family, friends, and anyone who needs their service. Take Care!

Project: Repair a Metal Roof
Mr. Morales was very personable. He was the only contractor who provided pictures of what needed to be repaired. Between the time I contacted him and when he met with me, I had 2 additional problems with leakage in other areas of my house. I didn't have much money, and he WORKED with my budget constraints. He gave me options on how I could get the additional repairs done with the money I had to spend.
