Howard was very easy to work with, helpful, informative and timely. He is also very neat and keeps you up to date on the process and timing. I would hire Howard again for any future concrete needs.

Howard did an excellent job. My experience was much like the others who left comments about the wondeful workmanship. The work was done right and promptly. Even when we encountered a problem with the existing conditions that appeared during the job, Howard offered reasonale alternatives to prodcue excellent results, I am very pleased with the job.

Fantastic job at a reasonable price. I had large cracks in my concrete patio and was unable to afford a complete remove and repour so I went with the resurfacing. Howard showed me samples of exactly what it would look like and I was able to pick out the texture and color. Finished job was all that I expected. Project took 3 days to allow time for the cement to dry and the crew arrived when expected all 3 days. I would highly recommend this Pro to others.

Highly recommend! You do not realize how much work is put into this. Howard is very good, very neat, very reliable. Described all work performed and is friendly. I recommend his work completely. You would not be disappointed. I also think he is very reasonable. The work is so detailed and he must actually be like an artist. He keeps you updated on what exactly will be going on and keeps his times and dates perfectly. I would trust him and definately recommend him to friends. Thank you so much!

We used USA Concrete Resurfacing to have an epoxy finish on our basement floor. We ended up using an newer product they were offering that was an epoxy metallic finish. It looks great. Howard was always on-time and the job went according to the timeline he initially gave us. We are very pleased with the results and would definitely recommend them to others.

Everything he was doing in the house was positive. He was very conscientious, listened to what you say you want done. If all people that I need to hire for work in the house, he is the best. He was never late, never miss a day. Howard is great to work with.
