After he went to do the testing, he required that we send him the full payment right away. He did not give us test results until the following Monday afternoon-- 7 days later. I think he was waiting to see if our check cleared. He also did not give any report on where the mold came from, as at least one other service provider said he would (we chose UCA over him because we thought we would get the results faster).
