I have been in the industry for over 21 years and have a vast experience of water restoration and damage. I also specialize in mold and all air quality issues that take place in the home. It is my challenge to be able to come into your home and give you expert advice in all area's that I have spoken about and be able to solve any problems and answer any questions that can arise from the homeowner. When i first talked to bob he was so helpfull in telling us what to do to take care of our mold problem. Then bob (UCA) went out of his way to come to our house and do a compleate test of the whole house for a very reasonable price.Thank you so much.

Unfortunately for me, I was an absentee homeowner when I had my work done. However, Bob Barrish with UCA was a top-notch professional who was very dedicated and thorough and went out of his way to take the care and time to explain all the specifics and details of the job to me. I felt as though i was in very capable and trustworthy hands and had confidence that I would not be taken advantage of despite my absense.

We are purchasing a new home and mold was discovered with the initial building inspection. Hired Bob and he came out as quickly as he could and within 4 days of the mold inspection he had our report ready and worked late that night to get our estimate done up because we were on a tight schedule. The sellers conceded the money to clean up the mold and as long as everything else goes well with our purchase we will have Bob in to clean up the problem. He is a really nice guy and very open and honest. Easy to work with, punctual, knows his work and explains it in terms that anyone can understand. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
