Paul and Mark did an absolutely amazing job on our ceiling. They are complete professionals and very easy to deal with on the phone and on the job. They accomplished a task in four days that our coop's maintenance crew couldn't even finish in 13 days. And the care they took to protect property and furnishings was very much appreciated. You would be crazy to go with anyone else. Thanks Paul & Mark!!!!

Mark & Paul are very friendly and make the job a very pleasant experience. The job was to install drywall on both the ceiling and walls of a front porch. The price was very competitive, on the lower end of all estimates I received. They arrived on time, did the job they were hired for (actually did more than expected) and cleaned up after they were finished. I am 100% satisfied with the job. I was so satisfied with them that I have already scheduled another job for them, and will use them whenever possible.

worked well with me. He understud what I wanted. Did the job right and spent I think a lot more time then he had to, to make the job right. Very pleased with the the work he did on me walls. He came on time, and said the job will take 3 hours. Four & a half hours later he was done. this is a company that cares that the job is done wright the first time. Thank you Richard Aichinger

They kept their estimate fair and honest, worked within the promised time frame, and were meticulous in every detail from the repair itself to the thorough cleanup afterward. I recieved a response from Paul at TY Down construction and we set an appointment for an appraisel of the work I needed to have done. They showed up within a day or two and explained to me the details of the work to be done, and the types of material to be used.They were very professional and I recieved an estimate that night. We set a start date and they showed up as promised. The time frame from start to completion was exactly what they said it would be. Each day when they completed work they cleaned up as if they werent even there. Im very happy with the work they did on my home and I will use them again on my next project.

These guys are good! Fast response. Price was better than fair and their work speaks for itself. I had them replace all the sheetrock in my basement after a sump pump/ french drain install. The walls looked horrible but now you cant even tell they were ripped down. Fast and clean work. It turned out better than I thought. I have them coming back in 2 weeks to do a kitchen job that has been on that back burner for months. I highly recommed these guys. Very clean, polite and professional., did the entire job in one day. Let me start of by saying, these guys are a very respectful and professional. They had the lowest price out of the four different companies that came out to my home to give a quote. Are willing to work with you and give their professional opinion on the best way for the project to be done, and long lasting. They like to make sure that the job is done right, and to the best of their ability. I had both my roof and drywall repairs done. Got a detailed description of the job and the supplies being used. They was never a time that i felt like there was a stranger in my home.. True masters at their craft, they did an exceptional job. I am very much so gratified. A+ all the way through.
