My opinion is that these guys were horrible.  John Regan is a great salesman but that is where it stopped.  I hired him, even though he was more expensive, because he said he could get it done right away.  He showed up and poured our shower pan and was to come back three days later to tile it.  I took the day off work and he never showed up.  He never called or anything.  When I called him later in the afternoon he said that he e-mailed me that he would be there the next day.  I never got an e-mail.  The next day I took another day off work and he didn’t show up and never called.  When I called him later in the afternoon, he said he forgot to call me and his partner had a dog that fell down the stairs and was taking it to the vet.  He promised someone would be there first thing the next morning.  The next morning, I took yet another day off work and again, nobody showed up and I called him.  He said that his partner was taking his dog to the vet again and someone would be there by 1PM.  Nobody ever showed up that day and I didn’t hear from him again until a few months later when he left a note on my door saying he was going to file a lien on my home if I didn’t pay him $450.  In the letter, he claimed to have called me about the bill however as usual he hadn’t called me.  The $450 was not even the amount we had agreed on because he never finished the job he started.  To top it off he refused to give me a warranty on the work he did do until I threatened him with legal action under the Colorado Consumer Protection Act.  When I finally got another contractor to finish the job, the new contractor commented on how poor of a job it was.  The shower pan was crooked and didn’t have cement all the way through it.   The entire process was very frustrating.  BEWARE

Great salesman! Rotten follow through. We had a large tile job (~1500 sq Ft) on an uneven floor. He promised the world and delivered on nothing. When he takes the time to do the job right his results can be good.  However, he tries to do the work too fast and creates more problems than he solves. We fired him and hired others to finish. Finishing resulted in tear out of ~400 sq Ft of tile John himself set. We purchased all tile so any tear out just increased our cost. He went on vacation during the job and when he was supposed to be back would not return any calls of our 5 calls.
