For example, they asked me to remove the old tiles and they would put down the new floor. However, when they arrived they stated that there was no sub-floor present and left. After calling the store, we were able to get this resolved. The work they did was first class, but the professionalism could be better. Regardless, I would still recommend them to someone but I'd tell them of the seeming prereqs for the installation.
