jim came to our home to see project and assured us he could get tile cleaned from hard water stains. we negotiated the price and workmen came. one of the workmen told us that the tile did not come clean and he did not feel comfortable charging us for the service because it turned out so poorly. when we called jim for final caulking date and time and to renegotiate due to tile not coming clean he was very rude and short with us, not at all the personable salesman we had met just 2 weeks ago. when we said we could caulk it ourselves then he took the price from $400 to $200...$200 difference for CAULKING!!!! you have got to be kidding?!!

Job was completed in a reasonable time frame. I provided the tiles and the crossbar 2x4, contractor provided the grout. I had to buy and apply my own grout sealer, but it was a relatively quick and easy task. We now have a usable bathroom again, and it looks like the damage never happened. Very happy with the result.
