Project: Remodel a Basement
Fair price, showed up on time, and completed the project as scheduled. The workmanship was also high quality. I would definitely hire Tschida again or recommend to friends.

Project: Build or Replace a Deck or Non-Masonry Porch
We actually ended up choosing Tschida construction over a recommendation from a friend based on the amount of effort Nick put in to help us get to the right design for our 3 season porch and double tiered deck. Of the 5 bidders, Nick had the best design and rendering tools (to show us what it would actually look like), and he did 6 free renderings for us before we got to the final version we liked. When it came to actually building everything, Nick and his team were very professional, fast, courteous, and cleaned up the work site every night before they left. We have had numerous compliments on the quality of the work as well!!

Project: Addition to Existing Structure - Build
Very professional , very organized, very good with details in the work. If there was any issues, he would call, talk about what we needed to do to solve the problem. I really appreciated his work.
