Project: Repair Carpentry Framing
Weather caused a 1-day delay, but they let me know in plenty of time and only rescheduled when I said I was available. Workmen arrived reasonably on time, went right to work, clearly knew what to do, and performed admirably. The entire job took much less time than I expected.

Project: Build or Replace a Deck or Non-Masonry Porch
Mr. Miranda was cooperative and quick on understanding what I wanted. The completed job was perfect and I intend to use him again for whatever construction jobs I have.
