Project: Appraise Real Estate

The appraiser came on Wednesday to survey the home and promised the completed appraisal by Friday. On Friday emailed that she needed more time to do research and would have it completed by Monday. On Monday got the same story and that it would be completed by Tuesday. Today is Thursday - 8 days - and we still haven't gotten the appraisal.

This one took long so sorry about that Rick. I needed a large analysis for your property that took longer then expected and I did keep you updated through the delay.
