The roofing job is as advertised. Very professional and complete. I don't have experience with other contractors, but if you encounter an issue caused by the roofing crew that needs further attention from a different professional, don't expect it to be resolved without some hassel.

Thank you for your review. This was a very unique situation where a nail hit a hidden freon line in the interior of customers house. We did take care of the issue, as we always will, even though it was completely unavoidable. We worked with the homeowner's HVAC warranty holder, and paid nearly 3x as much as other estimates we had received. We will always do the right thing, with as little impact to the customer as possible.

I received excellent customer service from the beginning of the process to the completion of the job (roof replacement). TruGuard worked with me and my budget to allow an opportunity to for an upgraded shingle. They did an amazing job and made the whole process simple and carefree. TruGuard was ready and willing to take care of everything with exceptional customer service.

Project manager Joe and Chris were the individuals I dealt with the most. They were punctual, professional and true to their word. The process of installing a new roof was a wonderful experience or at least as wonderful an experience as one could have after all having to install a new roof is never fun. I also utilized their services by having them paint the interior of my home. I would recommend TruGuard to any of my friends, family or strangers.
