Erica had drawn up a plan and I had made some revisions, which I had submitted to Erica & confirmed with her she received them. The day the project was completed, Erica had followed her original plan & not my revised plan. I sent her an email to tell her of my dissatisfaction. To my surprise, Erica did not apologize for the mix up. Instead, she defended her decisions to follow her plan & then asked me when she could pick up the remaining balance owed.
