Project: Repair or Service a Water Heater
I received a call in less than an hour after putting in my request for a recommendation. Joe was able to get to me that day and he fixed the leak in my hot water tank saving me the cost of replacing it. He was very personable. The amount he charged was quite reasonable compared to other plumbers I have had who spent less time and charged much more. So prompt, courteous and affordable good quality work from Trophy Plumbing and Joe Nickelson.

I look for three things in a contractor price, timelyness, and quality of work trophy plumbing met or exceeded my expectations in all three catagories. I would definitely hire them again.

Project: Install or Replace a Shower
We were fortunate to get Joe Nickelson, Trophy Plumbing. A Master Plumber, Joe was extremely courteous and easy to work with – a true professional. Trophy Plumbing is an excellent company that does quality work at fair prices. My project was to remove and replace an old bathtub/shower unit and a shower-only unit. He tore out and disposed the old units and surrounding sheet rock, repaired water damages, and installed new shower valves, wall insulations, new tub/shower and shower-only units, and new sheet rock. The finished work was outstanding and excellent. I highly recommend Trophy Plumbing for plumbing or bathroom remodeling projects.

Trophy Plumming provided first rate service on my Crown Boiler/Furnace. Joe checked the Internet for any recalls of system and paid attention to details of our furnace for optimal efficiency. I highly recommend Trophy Plumbing.

Project: Install or Replace a Bathtub
Joe was prompt, skilled and very thorough with a difficult problem on our jetted tub. It took longer than he estimated, so he didn't charge us for all his time. He suggested we submit the repair to homeowners insurance which was very helpful. I whole heartedly recommend him.
